Chang Rodrigues (BR)
Amanda Chang is a Brazilian DJ and live act artist, residing in Minas Gerais, with a career that has stood out since 2009. Known for her captivating performances at Rock in Rio and clubs like D-Edge and Warung, Amanda explores live acts with her project “ CHANG RODRIGUES," using modular synthesizers to create innovative sound experiences. In 2021, her work "Ruínas," which combines academic study and artistic expression, was featured by FACT MAG. Inspired by this project, Amanda pursued a master's degree in Sound Diffusion in Ruins: study of sonology and spatial composition at UNICAMP. In an Arturia video, she is highlighted for merging synthesizer hardware, yoga, and the serenity of Brazil's natural landscape. Amanda is also the founder of ACR Records, a Brazilian platform for techno and experimental music. At ADE, Amanda will give her second lecture, this time focusing on practical techno live act techniques. She has also spoken for the French digital platform Echio on "The Creative Process Behind Chang Rodrigues Live Show for Rock in Rio Festival," and for WME, Brazil's leading platform for women in music, on "Modular Synthesis: How to Start?".
