Chang Liu (CN)

Currently residing in Rotterdam, Chang Liu is the senior booking agent and manager of China division at Deepbloe Agency, which represents a wide range of artists in the dance music sector. Prior to moving to the Netherlands, he spent most of his career in China’s music industry, with a specific focus on electronic music. In the past seven years, Chang has worked as a promotor, artist manager, and label director and facilitated numerous collaborations between Chinese and Western musicians. Dedicated to building bridges between the two massive markets, he wishes to continue providing insights and support for those who are also aiming to unite the most prominent parties and individuals in the Western and Eastern markets of the electronic music sector and share success.
