I started as a project manager and A&R at the Rotterdam label Rotterdam Airlines, where I was responsible for music by Jack, Young Ellens, Johnny Sellah and more. After Rotterdam Airlines I started working as A&R at LASER; the distribution label of Sony Music (at the time). Here I was responsible for the projects of artists such as Boef, Ronnie Flex, Sigourney K, KATNUF, Bokoesam and more. After just over a year, as Head of LASER I became responsible for the entire platform, the team and all sub-services. LASER has now grown into a next-generation music platform. We have become a place where we can and want to help artists in any way possible. Reasoned from the needs of the artists and with the intention to provide tailor-made (creative) services.
