Boys Don’t Disco (US)

Boys Don’t Disco is the musical project named after the love of Funk, Disco, Soul
music. As a young man, Alex inherited his dad’s exquisite collection of 45 Records,
with a wide range of tasty grooving beats. In the late 90’s as the Rave movement
took Southern California by storm. House music and its sample driven production
delivered many recognizable pieces from the record collection. Alex began to
indulge in the scene, and soon enough found himself with a pair of turntables and
a mixer.
With a DJ career spanning two decades, the one constant is House music. Flash
forward to the present, Alex is co-founder of Late Night Jackin Recordings.
Resident DJ for CRSSD Festival organizer, FNGRS CRSSD. So far with production
and co- production credits with Labels such as Purveyor Underground,
Late Night Jackin, Jump Recordings, Robsoul and many more.
