Bøgen' is the artistic identity of Hugo Arcos, a Chilean born in a small town where his insatiable thirst for new challenges has defined his artistic journey. When he takes the stage, he creates unique atmospheres and takes his listeners on emotional journeys through his music. With a decade of artistic growth and diverse influences, Bøgen's signature sound is characterized by deep melodies, introspective progressions, and minimalist percussion. Bøgen's remarkable ability to ignite the party from the very beginning has granted him prestigious opportunities, including performances at renowned festivals like Mysteryland and Defqon.1. He has shared the stage with acclaimed Afterlife artists such as Kevin de Vries, Woo York, Juan Hansen, as well as esteemed techno luminaries like Bartk Skils, Charles D, Christian Smith, and Space 92. In 2023, he embarked on a new chapter by relocating to Berlin, where he released a remarkable remix for Wurtz & Iberian Muse's track 'Armageddon' on the local label Dit Klingt Jut. This track put him in the spotlight and earned him support from major artists in the melodic techno scene. That same year, he launched his own party series, Voragyne, which expanded his reach to diverse audiences and secured bookings at iconic clubs in Berlin as well as in cities across Tunisia and Slovenia.In May 2024, his release 'Voices EP' under the renowned label Melodic Room reached No. 44 on Beatport's Best New Hype: Melodic House & Techno chart, solidifying his reputation for quality sound. This success inspired him to launch his own record label under the Voragyne brand.
