Bjorn Schipper is a true and dedicated nightlife lawyer and specialized in entertainment law and intellectual property. Bjorn is founder of the boutique IP law firm Schipper Legal in Amsterdam, having its office in the prestigious A’DAM Tower, and initiator of the Nightlife Clerks. Bjorn represents many festivals, events, clubs, agencies, DJ's, labels and publishers, amongst others related to negotiations, drafting deals, business and IP advise as well as litigation.
