Ben Kreukniet (AU)

Ben Kreukniet is an artist and director based in Amsterdam. His practice incorporates traditional materials with software and hardware systems to create installations, live performances, sculpture and works on paper. Ben simultaneously works with technology as a subject and tool to explore the processes that shape our being — often looking at seemingly objective principles to contemplate our connections to nature and one another. Ben was previously a co-director of United Visual Artists in London. He has developed installations for the Barbican (London), MONA (Hobart), Manchester International Festival and Pioneer Works (NYC). He has created work for brands including Nike, Bottega Veneta, Cartier and Versace, in addition to co-directing tours for Travis Scott, James Blake and Massive Attack.
