Ania Markham (GB)

Ania Markham has been Executive Producer at The Panics since she moved to Amsterdam from her native UK at the start of the 00’s. Aside from overseeing commercial/original film content produced and directed by their individual creative labels, she is also Strategy Partner driving both creative development and new collaborations with partners worldwide. Prior to moving to the Netherlands, Ania was based in London creating content initially for broadcast television but later working on both the client and agency side of commercial projects. An alumni of Goldsmiths College (University of London), Ania studied Communication and Media Studies (focusing on subcultures) but also Animation, which combined with her half-English/half Polish background means she feels quite at home at The Panics which prides itself on walking its own path, wearing multiple hats and not being easily pigeon-holed. She is also a Board Member for Playgrounds Festival (the international platform for Visual Arts) and a Mentor within their Next Talent Programme.
