Andrés Lauer (DE)

Andrés Lauer is a specialist in corporate strategy, venture investing, and business development for media and entertainment companies, with over 10 years of experience. He is a Partner at Fairway Partner Ltd., a holding company that invests in early-stage startups and venture capital funds within the entertainment sector. He is also the founding Partner of Outpost, a boutique brokerage dedicated to helping music and creative companies with strategic financing and growing their businesses.

Andrés previously led corporate development for Universal Music Group in Europe as an advisor to the President & CEO of Universal Music Central Europe and was a member of the global venture investment team. Andrés is credited with founding UMX, UMG’s first dedicated artist and innovation space in Berlin.

Andrés Lauer studied in Vienna (Austria) and Mannheim (Germany) before founding and successfully selling a music publishing agency, prior to joining Universal Music Europe.
