Amanda Gupta’s experience spans a wide range of immigration matters including both employment and family based petitions. While Amanda works with a large number of individuals in the arts, she also represents large national and international entities as well as medium, small and start-up entities in finding the best solutions to their non-immigrant and immigrant employment needs. Amanda works with these clients to file a diverse range of petitions including classifications for extraordinary ability, interns/trainees, specialty occupations and many others.
Amanda has presented on non-immigrant visas for artists at the New York City Bar Association as well as the 2014 & 2015 CMJ Music Festivals. She currently serves as Co-Chair of the New Member Division of the American Immigration Lawyers Association’s New York Chapter. Before joining CoveyLaw, Amanda was the Associate Director of Tamizdat Artist Services LLC and also handled immigration matters in her own practice. Amanda holds a J.D. from New York Law School and a B.A. from Randolph-Macon College, and is admitted to the New York Bar.
