Alexander Vladimirov (BG)

Alexander Vladimirov is the founder and editor-in-chief of Fonoteka Elektrika, the leading Bulgarian media platform dedicated to electronic music and club culture. Over the years, he has interviewed and highlighted a wide range of local artists, from underground acts to internationally recognized Bulgarian names like Kink and Stefan Goldmann. Fonoteka Elektrika includes a website, a podcast, and an audio-visual series called Altitude Attitude. Before launching Fonoteka Elektrika's podcast, Alexander hosted the music podcast for the Goethe-Institute Bulgaria. His interests lie not only in music but also in the socio-economic dynamics of the club culture and electronic music industry. Beyond his work with Fonoteka Elektrika, Alexander has written for outlets such as the Bulgarian culture magazine "Виж!" ("See!"), co-hosts the online video series “Sofia Tonight,” and has been a guest moderator at events like Contemporary Culture Conversations, which brings together artists, promoters, and club owners from the Bulgarian scene.
