Aga Górka – DJ (Dusha), entrepreneur, and expert in PR and Marketing, Aga Górka is a well known figure in the world of music and cultural events in Poland. With extensive experience as an event organizer, co-organizer, and producer, Aga has a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale and boutique festivals and events. Currently working as a freelancer, she previously held key roles in the PR and marketing departments of international corporations. Her expertise spans event organization, B2B collaborations, relationship management, production, and budget control.
Aga’s vast experience also includes risk management and crisis communication, having spearheaded the communication process during a high-profile festival cancellation for over 5,000 attendees, expertly handling a complex and challenging situation.
Certified as a facilitator from Pathways, Aga supports teams in creative problem-solving, decision-making, and leadership development. She has a strong passion for exploring the dynamics of leadership in group settings—how leaders emerge, work with teams, and navigate challenges while leading.
As a DJ, Aga started her journey in Kraków in 2007, where she became a member of the legendary Absurd Squad, representing the more intense side of electronic music. She spent years playing vinyl and staying true to her underground roots, performing in niche clubs and at outdoor raves. Today, Aga’s sets are a fusion of genres, combining techno, acid techno, tech house, deep, psy techno, and breakbeat. Her versatility and adaptability in sound make her performances captivating and dynamic.
In addition to her work as a DJ, Aga is deeply involved in the event industry. She works with Single Source, co-organizes the biggest psytrance club event Egodrop , and is a co-creator of notable venues such as HYPE PARK and MashRoom.
