Magchiel Koekkoek (NL)

Together with two friends Magchiel started the concept as a student in 2001. Magchiel is responsible for marketing and partnerships. Dancetour is one of the oldest dance events in the Netherlands and attracts over 100.000 visitors. Free entrance, open-air locations in 11 city centres and of course the internationally well-known DJ's constituting the line-ups make Dancetour a popular festival. The concept Dancetour stands for ‘Bringing people together’ which is realized by organizing Dancetour events, a DJ Clash competition with 300+ DJ’s, Mixperience with mentally handicapped and co-creation with 200 students from 15 different educationals (bachelor).
